CycleBar is known for being the place community is built in a room. If you've never been inside a CycleBar room, you're missing out! Clip into a stationary bike and follow along to the beat. Your shoes, towel, and water bottle are provided. Never been on a bike before? No worries, your instructor will ride with you every step of the way. The only danger is getting addicted!

When Reclaimed43 founder, Erica, first attended a CycleBar ride, it was out of support for a friend. She had no clue what she was doing, how to clip in, or where to put her water bottle. The guy next to her, Mark, was kind enough to help her clip in and give her the low-down on what the numbers on the screen meant. As her friend began teaching the class, Erica quickly realized she was out of shape and uncoordinated on a bike! She shared some laughs with Mark as they rode together. By the end, the floor was wet from everyone's sweat. Despite her cramping calves, Erica fell in love! CycleBar became her home away from home. She got to know the team, her favorite instructors, and made friends with the people she would ride with weekly. She's even started a weekly ride with her mom. This partnership has been a long time coming!
